Free delivery on all orders within a ten mile radius of our shop, outside this area please phone for quote:

Smaller items are sent by parcel force 48 hour on line tracking service at a cost of £6.50 if under 20 kilos.

Guarantee Policy

The Minimum Guarantee in the bathroom industrial is 1 year but this does change from manufacture depending on the product please ask our sales staff for details.

Do you Have an Installation Service?

 We do not install directly but we design and can price the complete job for you from start to finish, we then work very closely with local fitters which we recommend .

Refund Policy

On deposit of order any goods cancelled carry a restocking charge of 30% if the goods have been fitted they are not usually  refundable. We gladly offer refunds on any items that are stocked items unopened.  If you have installation problems with any product, please contact us as soon as possible. We can help resolve the issue, please check packages before opening items as some manufactures will not accept returns of items which have had the packaging removed or damaged.
